Physical Attributes: Irving is a bulky, muscular adult African male with dark brown hair typically kept in a crew cut. He has white eyes, one of which is cybernetically enhanced*, giving it a slight glow in low-light conditions. Additionally, he has a number of visible cybernetic implants along the left side of his head.

Power Analysis: Irving’s abilities are best put to use in high-profile military-type engagements, where he can effectively put to use his trademark ability: Ammo generation. This ability allows him to completely ignore the ammunition requirements of a firearm in his possession, and to supplement this ability, his weapon of choice is a 5.56mm light machine gun customized to withstand the wear-and-tear of sustained fire. In a pinch, however, he can skillfully use any firearm given to him.

Psychological Analysis: Irving thrives in combat environments, and takes great joy in being able to “let his hair down” on large groups of targets, Human and non-Human alike. He isn’t merciless, however, and is capable of knowing who and what should be shot at. I admit my initial impressions of him were far off the mark of accuracy, (no pun intended,) and when he demonstrated skill in working with children and the mentally handicapped during one of our meetings, I questioned whether or not the Classification Committee had made a mistake.
