Physical Attributes: Terrance is a Caucasian male with short blonde hair and piercing green eyes. He is approximately 36 years old, unmarried and without children. He often wears jeans and standard fit T-shirts when lounging, but will don a Gi when training others.

Power Analysis: The form of minor earth manipulation that Blackwell is capable of is extremely limited. He is capable of covering any part of his body in sedimentary rock, up to a limit of 6.8 Kilograms, or roughly 15 pounds. The rock will flow around his body, acting like a liquid. It can be used as a form of shield or offensive weapon. However, it should be noted that he must be connected to the rock at all times otherwise he loses control over it, meaning that his resources are greatly reduced when fighting on anything but rocky slopes. Due to the limits of his power he would have been classified as a Foxtrot Hero, though his extensive knowledge of the Chinese fighting style of Kung Fu has made him very competent with his powers. It is strongly recommended that he never come into contact with Redact, as she may take away his primary value from us.

Psychological Analysis: Terrance is very happy with his power set, seeing it as an extension of himself. As a pacifist however, he does not see a reason to use it offensively until forced. He describes teaching Kung Fu as being “The key to peace in this world” and seeks to encourage others to try their hardest. As such we have placed him in charge of our Delta Class training regimen. If he can make our weaker heroes stronger, both emotionally and physically, then he should generate enough revenue to counterbalance housing costs.
