Physical Attributes: Daniel White is a 6ft, Caucasian male, with salted blonde hair and light blue eyes. He is extremely muscular and has a single scar that runs down the entire length of his forearm. He is approximately 28 years old.

Power Analysis: Daniel possesses a form of sonar that enables him to detect enemies under water and in dark environments. He also has a power duo of increased reflexes and a heightened speed capable of keeping up with said reflexes. Tests have demonstrated that he is able to dodge bullets from low caliber rounds. These three powers would classify him as a Bravo hero capable of bodyguard duty or covert operations easily, however his final power sets him aside in the Bravo Class. Daniel is able to control enough water to flood a large room, his control is rather weak in that it can only be pulled to and away from him however. This allows him a deadly combination of flooding a room to slow bullets nearly all bullets to a dodge-able level and giving him an advantage in nearly any fight. He can also travel quickly via forcing water too him to almost fly across the ocean. He has no known weakness/power negators. Lastly, it should be noted that he cannot create water, only move existing water.

Psychological Analysis: Daniel claims to respect his powers, using them only in fighting scenarios, and only as needed. Daniel’s career prior to obtaining his powers was that of a police officer. He sees a sense of duty in maintaining the correct amount of force, and will follow orders to the exact specifications. He was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder at age 13 and will avoid physical contact with others.
